45 STRAIGHT DAYS OF OPPORTUNITY TO WIN MORE THAN 100 PRIZES, COMPETE AGAINST SOME OF THE TOP ANGLERS IN THE SPORT - AND RAISE FUNDS FOR FIGHTING CHILDHOOD CANCER.
One of the things I love most about fishing is the communities that make up this sport. Relationships are everything here. And every once in a while, we get an opportunity to use something we already love doing to make an impact well beyond fishing.
So I have a request for everyone planning to fish at some point during September and October:
Come fish the Chasing A Cure Nationwide Bass Challenge with us.
The tournament brings anglers across the country together alongside Randy Moss, Jacob Wheeler, Kristine Fischer, Hilary Martin, Logan Parks and Rasheen Bailey in support of Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
Entry is a $50 donation to CCRF. But this isn't simply a request to donate. We wanted to build something anglers would genuinely want to be a part of.
Months ago, Children’s Cancer Research Fund approached Fishing Chaos about creating a nationwide fishing event that could help generate support for their mission while bringing more attention to the Randy Moss “Rookie of the Year” boat sweepstakes.
Randy donated his custom 2026 iKon bass boat because he wanted to make a difference for CCRF. When the opportunity came to us, we told them we believed the fishing community could rally around it.
And that belief is why we took this on.
We built the tournament, removed Fishing Chaos platform fees, reached out to companies including Bass Pro Shops, Strike King, Lew’s, Zebco, Rapala, GSM and others to help build an incredible prize pool, and asked some of the biggest personalities in fishing to donate their time and platforms to the cause.
Now we're asking the Fishing Chaos community to do what it does best:
Go fishing. Compete. Have some fun. And help us do something meaningful together.
There are more than 100 prizes available throughout the competition, plus the opportunity surrounding Randy Moss's custom iKon bass boat valued at approximately $160,000.
And I've set a goal for this community:
1,000 anglers. $50,000 for Children's Cancer Research Fund.
I believe we can get there because I've seen what happens when fishing communities rally around something together.
As an additional thank-you for getting involved early, we're offering:
Current Fishing Chaos subscribers who register by Monday, August 24 will receive a 40% off Lew's discount code.
Non-subscribers who register by August 24 will receive a 20% off Tackle Warehouse discount code.
We have a limited number of Lew's codes available, which is why that offer is limited to current subscribers.
If you're going to be fishing anyway this September or October, I'd love to have you join us.
Fish for the win. Fight for the cure.
